This course is taken after you file for bankruptcy.

Application Status
Application for approval as a nonprofit budget and credit counseling agency and provider of a personal financial management instructional course is currently pending with the Executive Office for U.S. Trustees. Services will not be offered until approval is granted.
Fee Waiver Policy
Nationwide Bankruptcy Classes grants a full fee waiver to any client whose household income is at or below 150% of the current Federal Poverty Guidelines, as published annually by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Household income includes total gross income from all sources for all members of the household. For joint filers, eligibility is determined based on combined household income and total household size.
Clients may request a fee waiver prior to enrollment by contacting the Nationwide Bankruptcy Classes directly at nationwidebankruptcyclasses@gmail.com. No client will be denied services due to inability to pay. Issuance of a certificate of completion will not be withheld if a fee waiver is granted.

These disclosures are provided in accordance with 28 C.F.R. § 58.33(k) and must be reviewed prior to enrollment in the personal financial management instructional course.
This instructional course satisfies the post-petition personal financial management requirement under 11 U.S.C. § 111.
Completion of this course is required in order to receive a bankruptcy discharge under Chapters 7 and 13, unless otherwise exempted by the court.
The Agency is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The Agency cannot provide advice regarding whether to file bankruptcy, how to complete bankruptcy forms, or whether a debtor will receive a discharge.
The Agency cannot guarantee the outcome of any bankruptcy case.
The fee for the instructional course is $11.95 per debtor (or $11.95 total for joint filers).
No additional fees are charged for certificate issuance.

No debtor will be denied access to the instructional course due to inability to pay. A certificate of completion will not be withheld if a fee waiver is granted.
Upon successful completion of all course requirements, including the mandatory course evaluation, a certificate of completion will be issued promptly and no later than one business day.
Certificates are delivered electronically. The debtor is responsible for filing the certificate with the bankruptcy court unless otherwise required by the court.
If a debtor is dissatisfied prior to course completion, the debtor may contact the Agency to request a refund. Refund requests are reviewed promptly in accordance with the Agency’s refund policy.
The Agency maintains records of course completion in accordance with applicable federal regulations.
